Developer Compliance
Developer Compliance Database
During my nearly four year engagement with the Boston Development Authority, I created the first ever computerized community benefit tracker, called the Developer Compliance Database (DCD). Prior to the creation of this database, community benefits were tracked manually and inefficiently. The automation of this process created a streamlined system which ensured the timely receipt of millions of dollars from developers, as well as the fulfillment of several physical improvements.
Below is the Operators Manual that I wrote to support the database after I left the Agency.
